Prepare & Upload
IntelliDocs works best with text-rich documents. We support PDF, Markdown, and Plain Text files.
- Ensure your PDFs are text-searchable (not scanned images).
- Maximum file size is 5MB per document.
- Drag and drop files directly into the chat interface sidebar.

Processing & Vectorizing
Once uploaded, our system breaks your document into meaningful 'chunks' and creates a mathematical map.
- Documents are automatically cleaned of noise and boilerplate.
- We generate 'embeddings' using state-of-the-art models.
- Your data is stored securely in your private vector library.

Converse with Data
Ask questions like you're talking to an expert. The AI uses your documents as its primary source of truth.
- Use natural language queries (e.g., 'What are the main risks in this contract?')
- Get real-time streaming responses for instant feedback.
- AI will explicitly state if the answer is not found in your docs.

Always check the context. The AI provides references so you can verify the information yourself.
- Cross-reference AI answers with the provided context snippets.
